Promotion Terms & Conditions – $2K Appliance Upgrade

Offer Summary
Clients who sign a building or renovation contract valued at $50,000 or more (incl. GST) are eligible to receive a $2,000 appliance upgrade contribution.

Eligibility

• Applies to new contracts only signed during the promotional period

• Minimum contract value of $50,000 (incl. GST)

• Offer valid for residential building and renovation projects only

• The contract must be signed and deposit paid within the promo period

Promotion Period

• Valid from 1 April 2026 - 31 June 2026

• Contracts signed outside this timeframe are not eligible

Appliance Upgrade Details

• The $2,000 upgrade is:

  • Supplied as a credit, contribution, or selected appliance package, depending on availability.

• Appliances must be sourced through approved suppliers nominated by CAB Construction

• No substitutions outside of approved suppliers unless agreed in writing

Exclusions

• Not valid with any other discounts, promotions, or negotiated pricing unless agreed in writing

• Does not apply to:

  • Labour-only contracts

  • Commercial projects

  • Variations that bring total contract value above $50k after signing

Payment Conditions

• Full value of the appliance upgrade is only applied once:

  • The contract is unconditional, and

  • The deposit has been paid

• If the project is cancelled or terminated, the offer becomes void

Variations & Changes

• If the contract value falls below $50,000 at any stage, the promotion becomes void

• Any unused portion of the $2,000:

  • Is not redeemable for cash

  • Cannot be transferred or credited elsewhere

Supply & Installation

• Appliance availability is subject to supplier stock and lead times

• The company is not liable for supplier delays or discontinued products

• Installation (if applicable) must be agreed and may incur additional cost unless stated

General Conditions

• The company reserves the right to:

  • Amend or withdraw the promotion at any time

  • Substitute appliances of equal value if required

• This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
